What a great furniture store, so glad I stopped in. They have 3 stories of quality and unique furniture to look through, you can even pick the fabric and color if you so choose. Ended up leaving with a sweet set of recliners and a king size amish mad mattress and box spring. We purchased a hydraulic-lift recliner chair from the Pilgrim House store in Okemos, MI. The sales associate, Andy was most patient, informative, and helpful. This chair was essential to my husbands comfort and mobility after he suffered a stroke. Tragically, he passed away before he could return home. Even though the chair purchase was beyond the return time allowance, the Pilgrim House picked up the chair and issued a full refund. We are so grateful for their compassion and humanity at a time when every kindness helps.

I originally expressed feeling overwhelmed by designing our own couch, but Tamar’s patience and familiarity with the furniture took us step by step through and I even enjoyed the process! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Pilgrim House. The staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you throughout the process. Pilgrim House has an extensive inventory of quality furniture in their multi-level showroom and they are happy to spend as much time as you need to ensure that you're fully informed so you can make a purchasing decision that you'll be comfortable with for years to come. I called with several questions about a particular piece of furniture and had a call back with all the answers within minutes. Delivery and set-up were quick and easy as well. We've been to the Pilgrim House several times in just the past few weeks and have made a number of purchases and plan a return trip very soon.

We had been looking for new furniture for awhile and went to Pilgrim house in Okemos Michigan on a whim! Absolutely the best service! So many choices of quality furniture! They said it wouldn’t be done till late February, we were like okay we were willing to wait! Our sales lady(wish I could remember her name, I think it was Laura) was fabulous and patient in helping us choose a style and color! And believe me she was very patient!! And much to our surprise furniture was done early! We got it delivered and it is beautiful.
